Responsibilities:

As a recruiter for York & Associates, you will be responsible for bringing exciting opportunities to candidates and for bringing the best talent to our clients. To be successful, you’ll need to invest a lot of time and thought into understanding the needs of both parties. We also maintain an extensive network of candidates that you will be expected to help maintain and extend.

To be considered, you must possess:

• A demonstrated record of sales
• Unnatural matchmaking skills
• Some experience interacting with C-level executives (CEO, CFO, COO, etc.)
• The moxie to pursue difficult projects
• The tenacity to see those projects through to completion
• An uncommon work ethic
• A sense of humility and humor
